UFO Cold Smoker

Cold smoking impart flavour into foods without actually cooking it allowing to add smoked flavour to almost anything!

The UFO Cold Smokers are designed for retrofit or universal use. Use the 25mm holesaw provided, mark out a hole on your wooden box, BBQ, shed, or existing smoker. Drill a hole, undo the nut on the smoke column and put the nut on the inside of your chosen unit. Attach the column through the hole to meet the nut and tighten. Easy!
