Chromium plated, commercial grade, steel knife sharpening rod with solid black handle and hanging ring. Hardness 65 HRC.

Total length is 30cm - Rod is 20cm

Ideal for butchering and carving knives.

Guide the blade along the whole length of the sharpening steel with gentle pressure in the direction shown by the arrow, at an angle of approximately 20 degrees. Repeat the process several times on both sides. Make sure to rinse your knife properly after every sharpening.
