If you were part of the festivities last weekend at the Melbourne Salami Festa, then you will agree that this year's festa was second to none. A great event with an all-round warm and fuzzy buzz, showcasing a perfect blend of traditional and modern Italian-styled things to experience, learn about, buy, see and eat.

It is so great to see the Melbourne Salami Festa reaching new heights each year with an ever-growing "hungry" fan-base and followers. Home Make It are very proud to be part of it all!

~ Cade's Home Brew News ~

It's a busy time in brewing land, with a few big changes in our stores. It's my pleasure to announce that Home Make It will see the first shipment of Viking Malts next week! These high quality malts are straight from Finland and here for first time on Australian shores. As well as stocking select Viking Malts by the 25kg bags, we will also be offering all of our grains (19 varieties) loose to suit your recipes.

We also just received a fresh batch of White Labs yeasts into stores this week, and we are seeing more and more of them in their new Pure Pitch packaging. The Pure Pitch is the first yeast packaging where the yeast is grown and sold in the same package, zero chance of infection and ultimate freshness!

So please come and see us after the big horse race this long weekend for your first chance to get your hands on some new exciting malt and yeast from over the seas.

Happy brewing :)
