This aromatic Mesophilic culture is primarily used in the manufacture of Continental cheese as well as soft ripened, and fresh (unripened) cheeses (Brie, Camembert, Havarti, Blue and Chevre).
NB:  This product needs refrigeration, therefore extra postage costs have been added to this product to allow for the extra packaging.
