2018 Sausage Making Workshop

Learn how to make fabulous homemade sausages at this fun, informative and hands-on workshop.

This sausage making course covers the following areas and techniques:

- Sausage making process

- Sausage making equipment

- Sausage making principles

- Sausage casings and how to use them

- Sausage kits and recipes

A batch of sausages is made on the evening and cooked for you to enjoy on the night!

 The Sausage Making Courses will run from our Clayton Store on the following dates:
