Specialty yeast selected for its estery somewhat peppery and spicy flavour development (POF+), producing clove-like aroma. Yeast with a medium sedimentation: forms no clumps but a powdery haze when resuspended in the beer. Sedimentation: medium. Final gravity: high.

Ingredients: Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier E491.

Temperature Range:12-25 ideally- 15-20°C (59-68°F)

Dosage: 11.5g to 20 to 30 Litres Net weight 11.5g.
