German Ale Yeast selected for its ability to form a large firm head when fermenting. Suitable to brew ales with low esters and can be used for Belgian type wheat beers.
Ingredients: Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier E491.
Temperature Range: 12-25 ideally- 15-20°C (59-68°F)
Dosage: 11.5g to 20 to 30 Litres. Net weight 11.5g.
