2019 Sausage Making Workshop


Learn how to make fabulous homemade sausages. Participants are welcomed to join in the sausage making process. 

This sausage making course covers the following areas and techniques:

- Sausage making process

- Sausage making equipment

- Sausage recipes

The batch of sausages made during the course will be cooked for everyone to enjoy. You will also take a Sausage Recipe Kit, to make your own sausage at home.

Cancellations must be received 5 business days prior to course date to be refunded.
Cancellations will only be accepted by phone or in person.
Refunds will only be processed in store.
