Bamboo Draining Mat is used to allow the whey to drain from the curds when making Camembert. Suitable for draining moisture when making cheese as it allows air flow under the cheese. This Mat is easy to clean all it requires is hot water. If you wish to sanitise the mat you can use a no-rinse food grade sanitiser, or alternatively you can boil it for 10 minutes before use, and then re-boil periodically for thorough cleaning.
